I've stayed at this place before and it was fantastic as usual; the staff were attentive and excellent, and I appreciated their positive attitude, plus the location was convenient being only 15 km from the airport.

This place has a wonderful location in the old town and is near many restaurants, we had a fantastic time and would recommend it to everyone.

We felt really safe during our stay here. The microwave, electric kettle, and dishwasher were really great to have. It made things super convenient.

We had a perfect stay in Bilbao close to the Guggenheim and retail stores, a quiet neighbourhood and a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town and Bilbao. It was incredible near the bus stop to the airport. Plus it was 10 minutes walk to Spa-Balneario Jardines de Albia.

The location is unbeatable near to metro, shopping and restaurants and sightseeing very close by, and the rooms are impressive. Its stuff are affable and attentive. Smooth check in. It has big bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere...

We had to buy our own shampoo and other products because they were not provided. there were some issues with the check-in process.

The check-in process was seamless and the apartment was incredibly clean. The location was unbeatable, just a 4-minute walk to the tube station. We loved the modern yet cozy interior and the highlight was definitely the spacious terrace with a stunning city view. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and drinks in the evenings. we were impressed with the central location, cleanliness, and the amazing terrace.
